I liked the location The breakfast was bland, the staff were confusing, the rooms were extremely hot I had to buy a fan to cool down the hot room

The staff was super helpful and attentive. They were always courteous and made our stay smooth and enjoyable — especially when it came to arranging taxis and helping with local recommendations. The location is excellent too — close to the town center, restaurants, and the station. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily repeat. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this charming town.

Everything! Perfect location, 10 minutes from train station, 1 minute from park and centre.Staff were so helpful and friendly, bedrooms comfortable and luxurious and breakfast excellent. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Nothing

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, and spoke good English. Our rooms were close to the lift, which was good for my elderly mother. Parking was easier than we expected - there were plenty of spaces close to the hotel and the receptionist helped us with a discount rate for the duration of our stay. It's right next to the park for Terme parkrun, and the Tettucio Spa, funicular railway and the town centre were all within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the sunshine. There was quite a bit of noise from the street on one night. Our evening meal in the hotel restaurant wasn't great, so we ate elsewhere on the second night. I would stay here again, though.

Location was very good and The view and the rooms were beautiful. most of the stuff was friendly, some more than others.... Some had better communication skills than others and they could have suggested more things for tourists to do.

An old structure held together with an attempt at a facelift that nonetheless conceals an intrinsic sadness, likely made more apparent by the low season. A room with décor stuck in the 1970s, a restaurant specifically for breakfast that resembled more of a university cafeteria, breakfast staff annoyed by the presence of guests, and nothing noteworthy that would live up to what a four-star establishment should represent.

Location was ok Was not clean, reception staff unhelpful and a little rude, breakfast buffet very very poor (1 star standard)

The water pressure in our room was bad, we had to take showers in our kids rooms

Good breakfasts, nice room service. Actually there is no spa or pool in the hotel, but it was the main reason why I chose this hotel. There is a stupid rule to visit spa only for four persons at time, so actually it was not possible to visit spa at all. Also spa costs additional money to visit, there were no information about it when I booked it (or I overlooked it). Bar and restaurant is just a fiction - it was not possible to find anyone at the bar and to eat in the hotel, except some limited working hours. TIP FOR VISITORS: if you want to go to spa in this city, it is possible to visit spa center in Belvedere hotel for lower price than in this hotel. And service and the number of features there is much better. And they allow to visit even if you are non member.

Breakfast was poor

Lovely room and bathroom. Breakfast selection and set up was not to the standard expected of the hotel.
-
nice clean well located hotel with good facilities the staff - most of them were unfriendly and unhelpful

We rented the suite and it had a beautiful view of the city. The pool was also very beautiful. While the room was nice and clean, the bed was a double mattress pushed together to form a queen. This made it challenging for me and my husband to sleep next to one another comfortably given the split in the mattress’s.

I had not been to Montecatini for 40 years. The hotel has been well renovated since then. There is no in hotel parking but you can find some parking in the street with pay and without. There is no food available after 2130 hrs when dinner service ends No 24 hour room service (I believe most hotels here are like that but i'm not sure)
