Mini fridge in room was a pleasant surprise, overall clean and elegant furniture. The place was extremely dusty, which caused my dust allergy to flare up and made the stay quite unpleasant. There was also no electric kettle or other way too make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel has a good location. The double room is large, bright and clean. The aircon went off at 3 am but we didn’t feel we needed it all night long. The staff were very helpful. They spoke good English and indulged me in practising my Italian. They gave us good advice about local restaurants and the local post office. The hotel is 2 minute walk from the got firings indoor pool. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it. All in all, it was a really good base to explore Toscana. Nothing

The location was reasonably priced for what it offered, especially since booking at the very last minute of Lucca Comics and Games 2022 event. The staff was kind and friendly and was always available for any question. The rooms were a little dark and both the furniture and overall building was very dated, however it was worth the price that I've paid for my stay. I cannot comment on anything else as I didn't stay beyond sleeping.

Super competitive price. Wonderful price-quality ratio. Friendly staff, huge balcony and bed! A bit noisy (could hear other rooms, maids, trolleys in the hallway), shower was a bit small and toiletries low quality. But for the price, still awesome!
