Hotel Columbia Wellness SPA

Great but we were unlucky with loud neighbors who stayed up all night being loud We liked spa and breakfast a lot!

Clean and staff was friendly. The level of noise between floors. I guess ita because the wooded floor i would get woken up by walking

Good location and a good view from the hotel room. Not comfortable beds, worn furniture and equipment in bathroom. Spa is under equipped. Sauna was barely worm, small swimming pools, 0.8 m max deep, slippery floor where I fell. Overly charged with spa robe and the spa itself - be careful. Hotel restaurant was the most expensive one that we had: 150 euro for 3 adults and 1 child, only few dishes with mediocre food and desert that everyone in family refused to finish. More expensive than restaurants in central Florence.

MICKELA was extremely helpful with my travel plans. The Safe Deposit box did not function properly. They didn’t figure out until the last day. that its battery was low. Disappointing that you had to pay €30.00 to use the swimming pool since it was part of the spa. Not everyone visiting Montecatini would like to use the spa. It was unfair that I had to spend two whole days at the hotel with no excursions possible and couldn’t use the pool.

Excelent location, even the traffic count not be heard in the room. Big room, stylish. Very good breakfast, with awesome view from the restorant. Small pool, looks very big at the pictures.

Spa area was very small, not worth paying for all day.

Conveniently located right in the center of town, with a few parking spots in the back. Nice breakfast room with plenty of delicious choices. Great dinner served in the same room with the view. Air conditioning doesn’t go low enough and the room was hot with very strong smell similar to anti-bug spray. Took days to get rid of the smell in the room. Pool has quite a few buttons not working properly. Bathrobes are required in the spa area, but not provided and are charged at €8 per person. Spa treatments are done in a very small and stuffy room, into which someone constantly peaks in, because there is no sign on the door to prevent it from being open

Third time there—love it! Conveniently located easy walk to restaurants and sites of the area. One of two favorite places for Gelato so far in Italy! (La Bottega del gelato). Their included breakfast is unbelievable! Everything is great!

Exceptional

The location and the hotel were amazing. The room was a little too small but very comfy. The spa was really nice and relaxing. The location was everything!!! The exterior of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff wasn't very nice. They blamed their lack of friendliness to not speaking English very well. Their breakfast had very little variety and their concierge was not helpful with booking tours at all. The staffs demeanor made me feel like they did not want to be bothered and they maybe didn't like their job.
