Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Beautiful view of the ocean, clean rooms, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Location was good, overall staff was pleasant. I was not pleased with food choices available, food was limited and did not provide a consistent authentic Jamaican cuisine throughout. A broad range of menus are always good, but still important to have authenticity to the land visited. The Rum barrel restaurant provided suitable cuisine which was fulfilling to the palate. Staff was also good, including bartender Leoneil who went beyond to make a good experience. The hotel grounds are still good, but needs to be updated a bit. Some locations were unattractive with weathering. Again, authentic dishes were not offered daily throughout the day. Having Jamaica day only on Saturdays is not useful to those who are not there that day. The Jerk Hut restaurant open for lunch did not fulfill its promise to offer jerk dishes. The food lacked simple flavors that should be present. The hotel did not offer an alternative to their no straws use, paper straws should have been offered as an alternative. Some folks require the use of straws.

The staff were welcoming and respectful, very knowledgeable about the resort. Beautiful scenery, the food and drinks were great! The festivities/entertainment were amazing. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We’ll definitely come back to Dreams Rose Hall Resort! I honestly, can’t think of anything I dislike about Dreams Rose Hall Resort. Everything was Amazing!

No late night snack shop have to use rooms service

Location Food was disappointing. Facilities were poorly kept. They played extremely loud music in the quad from 6 to 10 pm. Way too loud. Very Ghetto

1) Lovely property. 2) Food and drinks Available at all hours 3) Very attentive, polite Staff All brochures etc said check in is at 300pm. Pretty standard for most properties. Woman who checked me in denied that. Said it was actually 400pm. Although I did get a nice room in the end, that is deceptive. In fact it was After 400pm that I finally got the room

Spacious, clean, wide selection in Buffet and spread out to avoid congestion. Spacious, could take advantage of that more. Like benches or seats in open spaces for private sitting. Bathtub in room was dated. Finding info wasn't easily accessible..ie. the QR code should be posted in each room. Food in buffet was average, and the scrambled eggs was unbelievable bad.

Beautiful resort, everyone was so helpful and upbeat, nightly entertainment was great, food was wonderful. They need to accept virtual cards for payment.
