The host was extremely personable and was able to help with everything we needed! We will definitely be returning in the future! It exceeded our expectations, I just wish we had more time to really relax at the hotel for more time! n/a

Overall this was a great value, the staff were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The dinner service was a little on the expensive side and it is not wheelchair accessible.

As they continue to renovate they will be better. The view from the rooftop is exceptional and the manager was very helpful and a great cook. No elevator and more of a hostel feel than hotel feel.
-
Good view . Its farther away from the beach than advertised. Its up on a hill where it’s hard to drive to because the roads are bad and steep.
-
It is a trick….it was not safe Everything. It has thugs just sitting around it has construction everywhere. The picture on line was faked

Me and my Family had an Amazing time with Amazing people definitely a little slice of heaven ?
-
The view from the room balcony is to die for , especially just walking up in the morning or going upstairs to the bar area in the evening just takes your breath away just stunning. If u want to be out of the city noise and u just need to be outside but still within driving distance this is a complete hidden gem,

It’s actually not a real hotel, it’s more like a nice family business. The biggest con about the place is its location: not only it is far from anywhere but also there is literally nothing around. Get plenty of water and food before arriving. There is a family living right across the fence, who enjoys super loud music every evening till late hours. I admit I’m not easygoing enough to appreciate

It was clean with a fantastic staff Ryan the Chef was very helpful and the food was amazing it was very close to lots of local beaches and shops and activities its only 15 min drive and the area is safe quiet Nothing I didnt like I will be staying again with a group of friends so we can have a floor to ourselves I will say def better to drive unless you arrange transport but if you ask the staff they may be able to accommodate

Booked this hotel a month ago and got there and they were all booked up. Not a good experience

Such a beautiful property with breathtaking views. Staff was amazing and very accommodating.

This location is deep in the rural mountains with dangerous roads and not well lit area. I was in fear of my life. There were wild animals with uncomfortable and dubious characters around
-
Great customer service,Very knowledgeable and friendly. Oran was the best ! He took us where we needed. Wish the hotel was beach access, still had a great view of the sea from the hill top. Had to drive to get to the nearby beach.

The roads and signage was bad
-
Kind staff The rooms were dirty. No warm water in bathroom sinks. Bathrooms smelled of sewage. Kitchenette didn’t have any equipment: no dishes, coffee pot, or cooking supplies. Beds and pillows were hard. Property was well kept up but all around it was ruined buildings, trash, and farm animals everywhere. The roster did not stop crowing 24 hrs.

The location is horrible, it is in the mountains and hard to get back and forth. There is a gate that isnt automatic so someone always has to let you in. I was out late and was messaged several times about when I was returning due to them having to manually open the gate. Food is overpriced. During my stay the electricity went out several times and the water ran out. They advertise continental breakfast but only offer pancakes and eggs. No fruit, no cereal. Only instant coffee available. Workers unproffessional, come banging on your door to pay your bill for food ordered during your stay instead of allowing you to pay at checkout. I was woken up at 5 am due to electricity going out. I would not stay here again.
-
Big enough rooms with pool and tennis court. Away from everything… not close to any beach or shops… places to eat. Had to share dinning area with another visitor which was not explained until the person came walking in at night.Road to get there was bad.

The host was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing I can think of. I enjoyed my stay and will return with friends.
-
Very comfortable, peaceful, views.

This place is gated, very clean and comfortable, it has parking on premises and the breakfast was included, not buffet style but the choices were great. Even though it was safe and gated , to get to the property at night time was super sketchy, the roads has no lights and potholes everywhere and next to each other… so if you are planing to check in late then go out for drinks or hang out, you will definitely change your mind and stay in. I’ll recommend to check in before the sun goes down so you could have a different feel.
