The staff, my room and the location I had to leave earlier, than I want to because of an emergency.

I didnt like that I didn't have the room that was displayed on my booking. But the room i got wasn't a big difference. I just wanted a balcony view.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and the main Montego Bay strip

Beds were hard. 2 people in room and they only gave 1towel and wash cloth.

The beds were firm good comfortable sleep and the choices at breakfast were great Front desk could have been more attentive and the TV was too complicated to use

I honestly liked everything about my stay here! The staff were lovely. Thanks to Tionne for helping us resolve our concern and arrange our shuttle, and the lovely restaurant staff! Jeffery (the doorman/luggage and check-in support man) was just absolutely lovely! Such a kind and welcoming face and conversation each time we saw him. The shuttle driver gave us such a warm departure gratitude send off. Beautiful and convenient location. The pool that we accessed was lovely, but it’s also great that they have two.

The property was close to the airport The staff was not very accommodating. Our door key didn’t work. We waited one hour to get help. The lights kept flickering out due to the rain. It was very loud. The food was not great.

My room was on the second floor a bit uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage.

Didn't know what to expect.I was satisfied with the cleansliness of the room & bathroom For a basic room, I was expecting to have a a kettle iron/ iron board

Only thing I didn't like was breakfast wasn't included I went off of a recommended from a family member who had stay there before who told us that it was included but seem it had change now at the time of writing this. But should have checked a bit more to be sure

The room was clean and met my expectation. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. It is in very close proximity to all the hot spots in Montego Bay and the beaches.
