Staff super friendly and helpful; very clean; very close bus stops for travel; restaurant on site for dinner (19:30-21:00); other choices for dinner within 10 min walking; excellent breakfast;

Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Although I think we could have had more options if we were able to communicate better. We don’t speak a lot of Italian and the staff did not speak great English.

Staff was wonderful. Food was good. Room was very clean. Walls were thin so could hear conversation from next door and beyond.

Charming staff, the place is very sweet, the rooms are clean and big and seem new

Two bedroom two baths quiet. Would love to go back. Owners were awesome. Totally made us feel at home. Wish I would’ve got photos of us together. Great smiles. Would’ve been nice to have a little coffee to make in the morning, but it was a short walk to the restaurant to get a delicious espresso or cappuccino

the only thing positive is they do have good wines it was nothing like presented on booking, completely a trap! It is room 207! The worst lodging experience i ever had! - The room does not match Booking photos, i booked a triple room to have a better space, it turns out same space, just added 2 more single beds, and the living area become so tiny! And a huge pillar in middle of the room, you have to on the lights in the room all the time, otherwise is so dark - no curtain like Booking shows, only a black plastic curtain, the cheapest you can find! You will never use it for a room, not mention a hotel! and all over the room! 360 degrees! some of them prevent to open the window - Dirty and old! destroy the 2-day holiday mood completely - The onsite restaurant is worse than a canteen, i have been many times to the Toscana area with agriturismo stay, this is the worst, no service at all - no balcony, no view. - The swimming pool is dirty enough that you would not jump in if you consider your health - never been so mad and disappointed for a lodging like this! such as waste of money and time!

Perfectly located in a peaceful natural setting The hotel is in an ideal location, surrounded by nature with a calm and tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay, making us feel truly at home. The breakfast was delightful and plentiful. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! The rooms are quite basic in terms of furnishings and maintenance. However, this didn't significantly impact our stay, and we still felt the hotel offered good value for the price.

Agri Hotel Villa Ambra in Saint Albino. This hotel was one of our favorites, if not our favorite. Our hotel provided food and wine from their own home-grown crops, and I would add…the wine was outstanding. The host and his family were wonderful people who made time to engage in conversation. The location provided breakfast and dinner as well as a happy hour. Of course we did our best to be part of them all. Our day trips included Montepulciano (a must see), Abrezzo, Siena. And San Gimignano … great shopping everywhere. We day-tripped to Verrazano Castle – A MUST VISIT!!! The lunch was spectacular, and the tour was particularly interesting. The Castle is about 1.5 hours from the hotel.
