This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. This was just a 1 nite stopover for us, but I recommend that you check it out as possible hub for day trips around Tuscany. We ate at the little Pizzeria around the corner; it was fun and lively. The food was great too!!

Very good family hotel in best location between Toscana and Umbria . Very best recommendation for the visiting many older cities and places , Lago Trasimeno, Thermal spa , Testing wine in Multepulciano and Montalcino and more…. Good Breakfast and very best coffee. Best recommended .

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating, and gave us very helpful info about the area, where to park in Montepulciano, etc. The breakfast was rich, plentiful, varied and delicious with many more savory choices than many in Italy and with excellent service. The 12pm check in time was very helpful for making the most of our day. Nothing. More positives are: Breakfast was rich and wonderful, their service at breakfast was excellent. Refill the espresso or teas. Nice savory items too. Also gave us good infos regarding where to park in Montepulciano and other suggestions, all were helpful. Will visit again!

We spent only one night and this time was too short. The hotel in a great location allowing to explore Montepulciano and other towns in the Val d'Ocia, as well as the whole east-southern Tuscany. The staff was very friendly and professional. Many recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and wineries. Hotel is very comfortable, well maintained, room and bathroom very clean. Tasty breakfasts and easy parking. Recommended.
