The pool is wonderful. Staff friendly and very clean. Rooms are huge for europe with amazing bathrooms. No one was in office until 3 but we just went to pool. The air turns off in the evenings with no way to turn back on.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel offers beautiful views, and the peaceful pool area was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Our basic room was definitely on the smaller side and felt a bit dated, but it was exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. A special thank you to the Serbian receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness and willingness to assist made a real difference in our experience. One tip for future guests: if you won’t have a car, be sure to bring some of your own food and snacks, as there aren’t many dining or grocery options within walking distance. Aside from that, it was a quiet and relaxing stay with lovely scenery. The servers during breakfast were prompt and friendly.

The swimming pool. My room didn´t have air conditioner, and it was very very hot. This issue is a must in a country which summer is so hot and humid. Not very nice the people who work there. We felt we were bothering them. Breakfast only had sweet things, nothing healthy like eggs, fruit, etc. From the beginning, when we arrived, the didn´t want to let us leavy our lugagges before the check in time. Bad service.

The hotel has a beautiful location with lovely views, large rooms, a nice pool, and EV charging. The room was very clean. Breakfast was coffee in a disposable cup and a supermarket cornetto warmed in a microwave. The AC was centrally turned off during the night and morning. The room had few amenities, a tiny TV, and a spring mattress. There wasn’t even a glass to drink water. The reception was closed between 11 and 1 pm making it complicated, after check out at 10, to lounge at the pool in the morning before heading out for lack of access to a place to change clothes.

The property is well-located and has two parking spots, ensuring you always have a place for your car. The cleaning staff was excellent, always timing their visits perfectly when we went out for breakfast. The air conditioner is a bit of a mystery. It gets really hot in the middle of the night, and I always wake up. Breakfast options were decent, but most of them came from pre-packaged items.

Hotel was close to our destination and there was enough parking. Would have been great to have control over the air-conditioning. It is switched off part of the evening which caused a bit of discomfort.

Very, very friendly staff. cleanliness of the rooms, unforgettable panoramic view from the terrace Breakfast - a disaster, only sweets, everything packed like in a low-cost airline. Definitely not for the elderly, diabetics, children...The worst hotel breakfast I've seen in 50 years !!!

No screens on windows and fine print states additional charge for air conditioning. I didn’t see it and in the middle of the night it was hot and couldn’t turn on air conditioning and if opened windows bugs would get in

Hotel Panoramic is a wonderful venue with an amazing view. However, it is a difficult location of you do not have a vehicle - which we did not. With no restaurant on site, we had to plan our meals or reserve a taxi. Additionally, it is 4+km from Montepulciano. Again, no vehicle means a taxi.

Location was excellent as a base for exploring the area. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff welcoming and helpful. Nothing.

Beautiful place, cleaned, good room, amazing staff and good breakfast. Free parking and several areas. This farm is very well managed and care off in all aspects. Close and easy to access the free parking to enter in the city. Not applicable

The room itself was old and run down. The furniture was quite grubby and smelly. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and in fact there was only a vending machine that took cash (coins only) if you wanted a drink/coffee/tea (the coffee was undrinkable from the vending machine). Noting this down in the description of the hotel would be a good idea.
