Room is a bit small

The property is gorgeous. The owner took us on a tour of his vineyard and explained to us all about his wines. We had an amazing light lunch that was expertly paired with the wineries delicious wines.

Location is beautiful Jacuzzi in the room was dirty. Additionally the property failed to state that the outdoor pool was undergoing renovations when we booked. This was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. When we raised these issues, the owners didn’t offer any help (they apologized, and were kind, but didn’t do anything to make us feel less disappointed).

Very quiet, nice panorama and EXCELLENT breakfast

Excellent location. Wonderful, friendly hosts. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine. Good breakfasts. Quiet. The bathroom shower (both rooms) had a significant amount of moldy grout. Rooms were rather austere.

Breakfast was wonderful. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. We felt very much at home Absolutely nothing!

Beautiful location and clean rooms and courteous staff Keep in mind that the common room is locked in the evenings and night. We went as a group and it was unusually cold for an early Fall evening. There was no place to sit as a group in a warm environment as the common room was closed by evening. They did not have outdoor heaters either. Description however seems to indicate that the entire place is available for the group but that is not so after 6 pm! (Meaning no access to the common area)

The views are stunning and the breakfast was good. The bed was very uncomfortable and the barking dogs in the area took away from the peace of the property.

The view is absolutely spectacular - pointing directly at Montepulciano. It was our first stay in Tuscany and it was simply amazing! We were surrounded by vines and olive trees. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. We did a wine and tasting tour with the lunch options - highly recommended ! It was great to hear more about how they produce organic wine, and they taste great! We even bought a bottle. There was a book with recommendations in the local area, with honest pros and cons, which was helpful. Nothing at all, it was fantastic.

Great place! Epic views. Enjoyed our stay so much!

The location of this property is just spectacular with views of Montepulciano and the rolling hills. The vineyard surroundings and pool area make for a great outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly! The owner was very kind and spend a good amount of time with us to show the winery and discuss his journey as a winemaker. Coming from California, we were equally impressed by their wines. The rooms are good and adequate for a short stay. The breakfast was decent, but we had better ones on our trip.

View, wine, and room with jacuzzi were amazing! Sudha, our host made us feel at home and her love and passion for Tuscany and wine was contagious! Also their olive oil is amazing! Nothing, but longer pool hours would be nice.

This is my favorite rental I’ve stayed at in all of Italy and I would move in if I could! The property is breathtakingly beautiful, our room was very large and clean with a comfortable bed, and the owner Sudha and staff we met are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided a delicious breakfast and their wines and olive oil are some of the best I’ve ever had. They also make it very easy to purchase and have wine and/or olive oil shipped to you. I only wish we could have stayed much longer and look forward to returning! Everything was perfect!

Very good

Clean, breakfast with a view, I like that they use local products for breakfast! The orange marmalade was fantastic, we went to buy a jar after we checked out (just 5 mins away from the property) Staff was nice and helpful, but I would prefer if they leave heated discussion in their office instead of reception. I was about to leave and an elder female staff started some conversations with her other staff and it kind of killed the vibe of ending the stay with a pleasant feeling. No idea what they’re talking about but the tone was off.

This was a great spot with a beautiful view of Montepulciano. Our room was comfortable and well equipped and we did the wine tour with pasta lunch which was delicious. The staff were all lovely and very accomodating. I highly recommend staying here.
