Sauna at extra cost, the double bed is 2 single pushed together and sinks in when laying on. Wifi very weak in rooms.
-
Although the listing mentions air conditioning. There was only heating available. The room got very hot and we had to open the balcony door for cooling - albeit inadequate. That also meant that we could hear our neighbors pretty loudly that was disruptive to sleep.

Dust in rooms

No to much very basic fell like very old and not maintained The front desk guy should choose other job to do, he is not nice and was trying to get extra money
-
Good location, kind staff, good price. Really old furniture, didn’t match with photos from Booking.
-
Rather poor sound isolation.
-
Friendly staff and good service No elevator to bring bags upstairs
-
The sauna facility not what was expected. Overpriced 30 euros for a lacking facility.
-
The pillows were uncomfortable, and the blow dryer didn't work
-
Many difficult steps for luggage.
-
Very good location and service as well as restaurant breakfast and dinner

We swam in the pool. We did not pay extra for the spa facilities. The balcony was great. The breakfast was very good! Old furniture

Great indoor pool

Nice views The worst bed I've ever slept in. Cancelled after 1 night where I tossed and turned so bad I barely slept
-
This picture oversells the property and the pool, and she is not wearing a swimming cap which is apparently a requirement The shower had no curtain and mid-wall. Pictures oversold the property.

Nice view of the town from the lobby The worst bed I've ever slept in in my life. I've traveled all over, sleep just fine in plenty of budget accommodations in 45 countries and counting. Bed was so uncomfortable I had to leave after one night. I was in bed 9 hours and only slept less than half that with basically no REM because it was so bad. They even still charged me for some of the other nights and mismanaged my final night which was a separate booking when I cancelled and refused to take any accountability or provide a solution.

The hotel was quite simply furnished but was super clean and had everything you needed. The bed was really comfortable and there was a wonderful view from the little balcony. The staff were really helpful and efficient.
