The most beautiful property, wonderful hospitality, perfect location to explore wineries on foot as well as delicious restaurants and small shops.

Rooms were nice. The staff were nice and helpful. It is at the center, easy to reach everywhere in the village. Breakfast was nice.
-
The queen bed - would be better to have a kingsize bed in the suite.

Wonderful staff, Valentina especially was like family. I would return without any hesitation. The building itself and the rooms are wonderful and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was catered to whatever we needed and Natasha was very helpful in arranging whatever we asked. Cannot recommend more!

Palazzo Nobile di San Donato exceeded my expectations by all standards. First of all the location is situated in the middle of the old town which made it easy to access most places we wanted to see & gave it a very special feel. Second, the rooms themselves looked way better than the pictures on booking, it feels luxurious and the pieces decorating the rooms are beautiful & it shows that there was a great attention to detail. The breakfast was very delicious and had a nice variety which we really enjoyed. Most importantly the staff in the hotel are very kind and helpful. Valentina and Evana were both very welcoming and very resourceful which made our stay much more memorable. Specially that it was our anniversary. Great hotel and would definitely come to stay again and recommend it to others. Nothing.

Everything!!! It was absolutely stunning! Nothing
-
The sofa bed in the living room was super uncomfortable - it was a thin mattress and you could feel all the coils. We ended up sharing the bedroom in the bedroom so neither of us would get stuck with it. It was really hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower

Location, hosts and breakfast was remarkable Nothing

The historic experience was amazing. March is a bit cold with things just opening up, however there is a calmness without all the crowds that are there in the warmer months. I would like to return in warner weather.

This Hotel is a must stay while in Montepulciano. The rooms were decorated beautifully, and the location was perfect. Valentina was a big part of making our stay memorable. She arranged everything from wine tours to restaurant reservations. We were there with another couple and they enjoyed their stay as well. Maria was wonderful offering Breakfast every morning with fresh pastries, eggs cooked however we liked and the morning cappuccino. An outside door key was given upon arrival, and we came and went as we pleased. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning to stay at this exquisite hotel. There is not one single thing that we did not like.

Palazzo Nobile was an extraordinary experience! With the help and guidance of Valentina before our arrival, and the exceptional care and attention provided by Natasha during our stay, we were treated like royalty. The two-room suite was decorated with taste and grace in every detail reminiscent of the period it portrayed. We had a gorgeous view of the Val d' Orchia from each room. The bedroom was well adorned with the finest linens, accents and lighting. The breakfasts were delicious and served with style and a smile.

The bathroom door was too low and I had to lower my head and bend down to get through?
