Good location for Monterey Car Week. Easy walk to Old Monterey, auctions and Porsche Werks.

Special mention to Ronald the general manager and Ayush at the front desk. They are very friendly, helpful and make you feel right at home and took care of all our needs. Thank you Ronald and Ayush.

It’s a nice location, close to Fisherman’s Wharf, beach, great walking and biking passes 5 minutes from hotel. Clean, quiet rooms.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was cute and clean. Parking can be difficult. Not a lot of spaces. Room was good size. Beds were comfy. Close to the beach and fisherman wharf. We’d stay again.

Our stay at the Stage Coach Lodge was very comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed was really comfortable and the linens were fresh, clean, and cozy. The hotel was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise and it was completely full the whole time we stayed there. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is to have extra toothbrushes, etc. for guests just in case. We forget a toothbrush and while the staff tried to find one for us, they didn't have any so we had to drive rather far to get one. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for an affordable, cozy, restful place in Monterey.

The room was clean, up to date with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and professional. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend to all!

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the smell became even worse when the air conditioner was on. One of the main lights was also not working. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing.

They refused to honor the rate I had booked two rooms well in advance for our whole family the day we were supposed to show, less than 5 hours before check in time. They told us if we showed up and tried to check in for our stay they were going to charge us almost $200 more per room. I had to cancel our entire trip to Monterey Bay because of this. They failed to accommodate us and the staff over the phone were not helpful nor hospitable or understanding.
