Super 8 by Wyndham Monterey

Great gaming room

Location as good, a quiet room with large beds, tea and coffee making. Shower worked well. #airconditioning was noisy and light from outside could have been reduced with black out curtains.

Overall all was fine but in my mind it didn't meet the image and prestige of Wyndham. price wise certainly but not the value for money from a property managed by Wyndham. No breakfast, poor amenities in bathroom.

The location was pretty good. The room was constantly warm even with the noisy ac. The sheets were scratchy and it was really just a bare bones place.

This is a very affordable motel not far from Monterey Bay Aquarium. The location is great. Denny's restaurant is across the street so any meal is handy to get to. In spite of being located directly under the flight path of the airport... inside... totally quiet. The bathroom was large and clean. I have zero complaints about this motel. I saved a ton of money staying here vs near the aquarium.

Location was close to all the places we were heading too. Thought the price was a bit high for the value of the room amenities. The door doesn’t close tightly there was a gap at the bottom of it.

Always a pleasure staying here when I visit Monterey or Carmel-by-the-Sea. It does the job with a comfortable bed, and a spacious room. It’s also a quick drive to the tourist attractions.

Spacious and clean . The staff were polite and friendly in the coffee was available.
