Best staff was so welcoming and friendly which made my day so much better after such a hectic flight and Rental Car process. They even made last minute accommodations from my room. The staff at the Starbucks was so sweet and kind that by day two they had memorized my order and the food for the hotel was absolutely amazing. I'm traveling back to LA and October for concerts( Taemin and Monsta X) and staying in koreatown BUT decided to book three extra days just to relax in this hotel because just to relax and try a few restaurants in the area. Did I add that the bathroom had a bidet??? SOLD

It’s a good hotel and lots of restaurants and supermarkets to get whatever you need .. right location The fact that they only clean my room only twice throughout our stay was disappointing and we stayed for 5night and also complained about the ac but no one came to fix it

Easy access to freeways, staff was very nice and pleasant.

I fully paid for my stay through Expedia, but the hotel charged me an additional amount that was the same as the room rate I had already paid through Expedia. I was not clearly told whether this was a deposit or another room charge. It has been seven days since checkout, and I still haven’t received the money back or a clear explanation. Very disappointed with this experience.
