Parking was good. Older hotel, not kept up. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Not very clean, found hair not mine on the bed under the pillows. Was itchy through out the night. Remote control for tv was a completely different control and could find how to look at the guide or watch something. The rating this hotel had is incorrect.

GREAT STAY! STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING AND PERSONABLE. NICE ROOM!

This hotel was in the middle of downtown full of Asian community stores, businesses, residential and restaurants. Grocery stores and restaurants were all walking distance with residential areas across the street. Hotel room was very spacious and comfortable that included a small frig, dressers, desk and connecting rooms for other family members. Swimming pool area was perfect with roomy seating areas. Free complimentary breakfast was okay, standard waffle, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea from 7-10AM and staff was very attentive to replenishing the food and drinks. Parking was $7 a day and very convenient and lots of parking stalls and easy access to hotel lobby/entrance. This hotel was very family-friendly, and we would definitely stay here again!

Other than that it was ok.

The room wasn’t clean for the second night. The building looks old .

The rooms are outdated regardless of the pics shown. THE BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK! I stayed 3 nights and ran home. Staff was informed of my disability and switched my room for a “softer” bed and it was no better. In the second room after some hours there was a smell of butane/gas that was very apparent. They sent someone to look at the room he said it didn’t smell like gas but some type of fruit, I don’t know any fruit that smells like gas. Oh and the tv’s are also old a smart tv but again older, it was continuously going out. Someone looked at that but did the same thing I had already done “reset the tv” after about 1 movie it would go out again by showing no network or just completely going black. I mean stay at your own risk.

The room is clean and the deco is pleasant. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom facilities are dated and below the expectations of a hotel. More like what you would get in a motel or inn. The fridge didn’t work well but they replaced it with a new one upon my request. Housekeeping was done “every third day”, it didn’t bother me much but is noteworthy. You can forget about the “breakfast” unless you want some congee, cereal, bread, diluted scrambled eggs or a cup of coffee. No ham or cheese; nor any fruit. However, I would say the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Like a forgotten old neighborhood. Couldn’t even find a proper grocery store to buy bottled water. Having said that, I still felt safe. Close to the freeway and there’s a few bus route running through. Not near any metro lines though.

Great place to stay for the price and amenities

More verity food in the breakfast

They had a water leak on floor 4 that made it stink. The room was nice but I don’t think it’s worth what the hotel charges.
-
The place is extremely outdated the bathrooms are clean but in desperate need of a remodel the grout is old every fix is with silicone/caulking. The fiberglass shower is yellow. The beds look decent but are super hard. I will say they have a parking structure you pay $7 a day for but comes with security so I liked that very much.

Noisy neighbors i called around 2 am to let them.k ow about the noise and they disnt do anything about it I called back again an hour later and they didn't not answer my calls I tried 4x the front desk is horrible. I complain to the front desk and he just wrote a note down I know he wont pass it down. Pay the extra 30 dollars and get something better I do not recommend at all.
