Nice, big, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Central location, close to Barrio Antiguo. Batteries in key sensor died on first night, had to wait for an hour at 1030pm for repair. Maintenance staff were friendly, but very inconvenient. Next day key card didn't work in elevators or for room. Issues with key two days in a row for two night stay.

Facilities, room, dining, etc. Very Difficult parking garage shared with a shopping mall. On feeder street to a freeway. Very expensive dog surcharge.

Very nice room and exceso quality. Front desk lady was not someone that makes you feel welcomed. The bell boys on the contrary were very kind and helpful

Clean rooms, easy to communicate with staff. Parking gate did not work and most importantly the air conditioner in the room did not work.

Great location. The rooms are huge and beautiful and very clean. The entire staff is very kind and amazing. Views are great. We would come back! We didn‘t like the parking, we found it confusing despite instructions and the ticket you receive is incredibly sensible, be careful where to put it so it doesn‘t get damaged. We had issues with this three times and had to call the staff to help us to be able to get out

Restaurant was a service disaster, entire place and only one server. Had to walk out and eat out.

The room was very comfortable and well decorated. The room was also very well distributed and spacious The view was spectacular and the beds were comfortable. The lighting at the sink was a bit low to putting on makeup. The shower only had a rain shower, I would have liked a hand held but these are minor things for me. The coffee maker did not work. The entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing. You have to take an elevator to go to the lobby and then we had to ask around where the lobby was.

View Everything was damaged or isn’t working well

We have stayed at this hotel before and previously had a good experience, which is why we returned. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The room smelled strongly of wet carpet, and when we mentioned it to the manager, housekeeping simply sprayed deodorant spray, which only made the odor worse. The beds were extremely old and uncomfortable, sinking into the bed frame and making it nearly impossible to rest well. What made the experience even worse was how we were treated by management. On at least four occasions, a manager followed us into the elevator to confirm we had a room key, even though one is required to operate the elevator. We also felt watched and judged in the lobby, which created a constant sense of discomfort rather than hospitality. While the location is convenient, the combination of the poor room condition and the way we were treated left us feeling harassed and unwelcome. Sadly, we will not be returning.
