This property was short staffed and it was difficult to get our rooms clean on time. Also missing staff in the front desk. Staff was very nice but overworked.

Very central hotel with protected sheltered parking right in front, a useful 7/11 downstairs, and a spacious, clean room. The cleaning staff were excellent, and we loved the blackout curtains, hot high-pressure shower, comfortable beds, and good pillows. The room didn’t have a kettle, coffee, or fridge, and there wasn’t a kettle available downstairs to borrow. Thankfully, the 7/11 downstairs had hot water and bad coffee. A little pricey, but I was there during the World Cup so that makes sense.

This hotel was great, especially for the price which was less than US$100 right in the center of the city and included parking. The location was right in the Zona Rosa and next to the Barrio Antiguo. It was comfortable and clean. We would certainly come back here next time we're in Monterrey.

Everything overall was very good. Staff and the place deserve all of my gratitude. Nothing in mind yet.

I loved everything, especially the bed and comforter. I didn't like the AC, and heating didn't work, so it was freezing in the room. I wish it would have had a coffee maker and an iron with an ironing board.

Unfortunately, the night I checked in was at 45 C and the central AC took at least 6 hours to start cooling, thus I did not go to sleep until 2 AM, had it not been for this, I will have rated this hotel a 10!

It just opened and they are still working on it during the day so there was noise due to the construction
