Location was good Management was awful and very disappointing

Great location and room was reasonable for the price. Windows didn't fully close so street noise was loud some nights.

The location was good and the air con was loud so blocked out the street noise. The female receptionist is one of the least helpful people I've ever met. She claimed we didn't have a booking (despite having reserved and paid in advance) and did absolutely nothing to help our stay. The room was tired and had stray hairs in the bathroom and the bed. As it was the World Cup, it's worth noting this hotel tried to price this room at five hundred dollars, which might be the worst deal since Russia sold Alaska to the Americans.

Location was great, I didn't know they gave breakfast. I only got two towels and none for the bathroom floor. The tile was very slippery. I got lucky I didn't fall.
