I love that you’re right in the heart of el centro de Monterrey, everything’s close by. It’s old, it needs remodeling.

Location is good if you wanna stay near Monterey city center. Staff is not friendly neither helpful. The place is overrated.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Y su desayuno es excelente. No me dieron la habitacion que reserve, viaje por el repechaje del mundial por lo cual entiendo que el hotel estaba completamente lleno.

I loved the location. Shower faucet fell off when I was about to take a shower. Air conditioning system was not cooling properly. We had to move to a different room and air conditioning system was still not cooling properly.

The location was great everything is close by. it was easy getting in an out of the hotel and garage parking for hotel guest with handicap accessible The AC system did not work and the sink and shower drains would not. After moving to another room it was the same issue the AC would not keep the room cool. I would never return to this hotel location was great they need a lot of maintenance.
