We don’t recive are breakfast as we should have they told me that they can sell them 1- year ago so that’s bad avertising I don’t recommend this place

Great to stay if you need to be at the center of the city, is really easy to find and the staff is really kind, there's also multiple places to eat around and some street food that smells delicious.

A small room was divided with pieces of small wall that other room can hear you Was like a old building

too expensive too loud dirty fritndlier staff cleaner rooms not alliw horrible loud noises

Is close to the USA CAS and it has affordable prices compared to others The room was kinda small

Everything staff was great good location

the staff was rude they not even help to save the luggage while we expect for a room that they give us until 6 pm they can't give us a little ice

Comfortable room, good bed and the place is very quiet. This hotel is placed in the center of the city, is a good spot because you have everything you need close to you, the problem remains in the safety at nights, is not a good place to walk at night.

Nice location The room smelled like sewer and the air system the thing that you use to move the temperature was broken, the linen on the bed had stains like nail polish

There were teenagers staying on my floor and were always screaming an running around. They woke me really early.

The location is excellent; the hotel is well-connected to the city (barely 10 min from the Monterrey bus station), shopping centres, convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. There's a small restaurant in the hotel where you can buy meals for an additional fee. The hotel has probably seen better times. The property needs maintenance, space re-design, improved cleanliness, and pest control (for instance, during the night, cockroaches crawl out from walls and door frames --we were staying on the fifth floor.) Guests are also subject to some restrictions, such as a policy of only two towels per room. Our reservation was for more than two adults, and we stayed for more than a night; we asked multiple times for an additional towel (which has an additional cost) and never got it. Furthermore, there's a lack of communication among staff. For instance, we never got the extra towel because of an apparent lack of communication among the staff. Also, guests should (apparently) receive a small leaflet upon arrival containing general information, rules and the check-out procedure, which we (and other guests) never got; however, we were kind of expected to know such information. Food options at the hotel's restaurant are pretty limited.
