The room was EXTRA DIRTY like not cleaned, as idlf they forgot to clean it for months!!!, the staff was not responsive when I let them know! Just ignored me. No heater( probably all the room, as we heard another client complaining as well) No hot water, just barely warm.

Everything was great, the only exception was the water, on one day i was in the shower and the water was turned off, it was very uncomfortable as I had soap and shampoo still needing to rinse.

At first, the front desk woman did not greet us, she looked annoyed. We had to do this whole check in thing through WhatsApp. Our bed sheets had stains and random hairs. There was crumbs and junk around the beds on the floor. Restroom was home to roaches.

The room it was dirty the carpet was dirty they didn’t vacuum it was a tooth pick on the window we talked to the maintenance manager and he said they were not employees to clean the room to wait until the morning he gave us a feee breakfast for the inconvenience but still we expected something clean becouse we paid for that

that it was in down town the key didn’t work they changed it 3 times then changed our room and all our stuff was in the locked room didn’t get it till the next day

In the first floor everything looked clean and new When me and my mom got to the room immediately we saw that it was dirty. The floor still had stains and dirt. Then the air conditioner didn't worked at all. The bathroom was disgusting, I had just arrived from a long trip and the first thing i wanted to do was shower. The bathroom had hairs on the floor, near the toilet, and where you shower. The toilet had also pee stains. My mom immediately had to call the lady outside that was cleaning other rooms and she came to mop again and while doing it she did it bothered and just slammed the door when she left. At this point me and my mom couldn't stay here anymore, so we packed our stuff and checked out and got a different hotel to stay at. They didn't give us our money back.
