The location Did not like that my reservation including tax stated $301 and I was charged $400 and claimed that the difference was due to commission for booking.com Did not like that booking.com unlike Expedia does not have a live "customer service" to deal with issues like this Did not like that this place operates under de label Marriott/Sheraton and the room and most of the facility is sub-standards Did not like that the air filter has not been changed in the room since the place was built seemed like. The towels are frayed, the furniture is all scuffed , loose wallpaper, the edge of the carpet up against the wall is almost white of dust acumulation, shower hot water eves not to mention the screeching sound from having air in the pipes when water is being run on an adjacent room. Breakfast was unsatifactory starting with coffee which is no more than colored water, hasbrown tasted like it has just been thawed out before cooking and the bacon was so crispy and curled up like has been seating under the heat lamp for hours This hotel is not a $200 a night which is what I ended up having to pay , but more like $60 a night place

The place was very clean The a/c unit didn’t work and the shower outlet didn’t work also the lamp next to the bed didn’t work

Well located property next door to Galerias monterrey Mall. Good parking. There was a dead bug at the room entrance. Clearly food that they fumigate but it should not be there.
