The property was clean and beautiful! Our first room’s shower wasn’t working so we had to get moved rooms.

The staff is great! The location is great and the rooms are clean. The A/C went off and we had to be moved rooms at 2am.

Room was spacious Pool was empty, dodgy hotel entrance, no pleasant lobby or social space to enjoy/work at. The rooftop with pool is really not well used - bar is closed, pool was empty and no lounge chairs to relax at.

It was close to family and had quick access to the Galleria and restaurants. Very affordable, even during the holidays. There were immediate maintenance issues such as a toilet that didn’t completely flush and the refrigerator that was both inoperable and dirty. The on-site restaurant had slow service (took one hour to serve a chicken sandwich and enchiladas at a time when there were only four tables occupied.) also, they had great difficulty preparing oatmeal.

The hotel is quiet, with a nice view of the mountains. Next to it is a big shopping mall and its around 15 min away from the downtown. The breakfast is too simple and the staff doesn’t explain/ communicate much, but are still friendly. Wifi is open which doesn’t provide a lot of security.
