I have to wait about 45 mins to do check in, they have only one receptionist and there was long queue of people to check in.

Rooms were good, bed was good, parking was easy, staff nice and helpful. No coffee machine at breakfast. No toaster to toast bread at breakfast. Restaurant food was below average.

The location to thd doctor office was great The heater in the room would not work, the lights in the room did not work but was so late that we got there we just dealt with it. i called once and they did not send anybody to check it out so we just dealt with it

It is my favorite place to stay when I visit Monterrey!! The parking area is often too packed.
