Location Pool was under repair. There was not any warning in booking. Com. Tv had no remote in the room. Waited 2 hours for them to come change the TV. Then AC was not working. Had to leave the hotel due to them not assisting us. Had to pay for another room at a different hotel. A total waste of my money due to the No refund policy! Like I said we waited over 2 hours just for them to get us a working TV. Sat there like an idiot while the staff was not any help. They could not give us another room or refund. Worse stay ever.

Location is good. Check in is fast and friendly. The swimming pool was closed. It’s been time since they don’t offer this service. The gym is hidden, it looks like a back room. Be safe! There were dirty plates in the corridor, they were all Sunday afternoon. Regarding the breakfast, it is a scam. 350 pesos for not fresh dishes. One of the waiters was rude since we did not tip him.

Location was excellent. Across from the Fundidora park. Transport was easily accessible. There is a Chili's on-site and a 7-Eleven and Dr. Carl's around the corner, so food options were good. There was also quick delivery through Uber Eats. The room was comfortable for 2 persons. The toiletries and water were refreshed each day. The staff was quite responsive to any concerns we had. They brought extra towels and some other items almost immediately when we called. The cleaning staff was always pleasant and attentive to what we needed. There seems to have been a leak or maybe it is the position of the pipe at the sink, as quite often the countertop was flooded. While breakfast was excellent, it was a little too pricey for our budget. Also, we never saw the pool or spa as it seemed it was under renovation or closed while we were there.

It was close to many restaurants and parque fundidora. I was unaware at time of booking that the pool would be closed due to repairs.

Nothing Have to move 3 times rooms due to poor conditions. All rooms were horrible, sewer smell, leaking sinks and broken doors. Check out next day!
