It is very clean and very quiet

Really nice place ? room was neat and clean ? great bathroom and tile work,, bartender at the restaurant was awesome ? The room didn't have a window, none of the rooms did, not a deal breaker just kinda weird, but the restaurant on the top floor had awesome 360 degree views of the whole city ?

Luxury,a/c everywhere even in hallways, bathrooms were stocked up with necessities, breakfast included, restaurant in the hotel, delicious food, very modern, clean, smells clean and good Thin doors, you can hear everything in the hallway, hard to sleep because you can hear everything. Our blankets and pillows had someone else’s hair, the floors weren’t mopped well although they have great cleaners. When we would call about the hairy bed instead of oh I’m sorry they were making excuses and almost upset and made us feel bad when it’s something we are paying for also I couldn’t figure out the water to shower and they came all annoyed to help. Also wish they had rooms with two beds

THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS, CHECK OUT TIME WAS 12 NOON. WHICH IS GOOD COMPARE WITH OTHER HOTELS

I like how close it was to Parque Fundidora for the festival Pal Norte It’s very very basic, the bed is very firm, the sheets are very low quality. We only had 3 pillows and a very thin blanket. The room has no windows, the a/c when on, has a light that is very bright.

Loved how the hotel looked, the location, the very polite staff, the breakfast was amazing, the sky view was beautiful, I could go on and on. Beds could be more comfortable, wasn't terrible though.

Very clean hotel and the room was spacious. The shower was a amazing The staff was a bit rude upon check in, we were judged for my husband and I sleeping on one bed

The best thing was the breakfast, it was delicious! The orange juice was fresh and amazing. Chilaquiles, frijoles, hues revuelto, hot cakes, guisados, todo muy rico. The pillows were also perfect, usually hotels have super hard pillows but this hotel had awesome squishy pillows. I didn't like that the rooms have no windows, it is pitch black at all hours of the day. You can hear everything through the walls, I could hear people's TV in the hallway. Water in shower was perfect the first day but the second day it kept switching from hot to cold and turned off randomly in the middle of my shower.

Great breakfast and comfortable bed Could be more clean.

It was nice. Parking is protected and safe. The cars are inside the building and easily visible from the reception area. The staff was happy and helpful. The restaurant is good. The evening staff in the restaurant were a happy bunch of folks. The morning staff in the restaurant were friendly and happy to see me. The food at both times was good. The bed in my room was comfortable. Took me a minute to understand the AC unit.

No windows in rooms, buffet was ok fresh orange juice food not very tasty.

Breakfast was amazing. They had different selections everyday and the staff was very helpful. Everything was very fresh and delicious. The view from the restaurant was amazing as well.

Food was awful, location very bad, noise all night long Everything, will.never stay again
