Location is very close to city center. Hotel is decent, air conditioning system is functional, bath is as well decent. Did not have breakfast... Nice staff and useful. Design is industrial, rooms painted in black might be interesting / special for some, but for me is simply a bad idea. If you come with car and simply use Google Maps, you're in trouble...

The reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff are consistently friendly and go the extra mile to make customers smile. I love the neighborhood and convenient location.. Eklo is my go-to hotel in MPL. Thank you! If you are driving, it can be a nightmare! But once you park in the attached garage, you don’t need to drive anywhere.

Did not expect room to be so small. Confusing at first of where to ‘check in’ for the hotel.

They ask for extra money for luggage storage which is very basic service. Even in very cheap hostels they provide this service. They shouldnt ask for this.

The room was very small and the lobby smell awful everytime we were coming back. I think is a bit pricey compared to what we've got

Great location opposite St Roch train station, and hotel attracts a young-ish crowd. Good water pressure in the shower. I didn’t like that the hotel charges for storing luggage until check in time at 3 pm. Bed only accessible from one side.

Superb location. Close to everything. Very close to trams. Met a fellow traveler here and had the best night of my whole trip. Comfortable beds with curtains. Nothing.

Someone had been smoking in the room. So had to keep the window open.

The walls are not soundproofed well enough. We were here on a karaoke night and we could hear all the singing and cheering up in our room.

Location was amazing with close proximity to all the Tramways of the city. The hotel does not have any hair dryer. I did not like to pay 4 Euro to keep our baggage if we are early for Check in or check out. I paid 8 Euro which is not cool. I was told for early check in it was free but it was charged from my card.
