Staff were very helpful. Location was good close to the train station, but felt a little unsafe at night. Room was extremely small and hot. Bathroom had no door and was very basic.

The location was excellent, very close to Montpellier St Roch train station (2 mins walk) but also close to Place de la Comédie and the old town (15 mins walking distance to the old town). The room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, helpful, always around when needed and it was good value for money. I didn't dislike it but if I was going again I probably wouldn't bother with the breakfast as you can get what you need from cafés and boulangeries nearby. Still, if you need to leave early it's a reasonable option (coffee, juice, pastries and/or bread with butter and jams -- the bread was good but I would think you could get better croissants or pains au chocolat from a nearby bakery).

I got to Montpellier earlier than expected. I decided to drop my luggage at the reception. 4h later i came to check in, the receptionist was completely lost and didn't know where my luggage was stored... he told me to go check in the room. Of course it was not there. I had to go personnally on a treasure hunt in the lobby. Zero reactivity or empathy from the staff member who kept seated, didnt even move a muscle to help.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, it is only a 2 - 3 minute walk from the train station (St Roch), staff are very helpful and friendly, fantastic location at lower end of Rue Verdun in the centre of Montpellier, air-conditioning and effective showers easy to use and I slept really well. towels are provided, though be aware to bring your own shower gels etc. Good value for money and I recommend if you are a traveller with a lower budget. This is a no-frills hotel so you can't expect more than the facilities that are provided but I would suggest the management could brighten up the reception/dining-room area with some colourful paintings or a mural to give the place an identity of its own. A small fridge/cool-box in the room would be usefull to keep drinks cool.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable and the area was generally safe near the train station, bars and restaurants. The room is very small. The shower was basically in a tiny area in the corner. The room is very basic and good for sleeping only.
