The hotel itself, the staff and the breakfast were all great. The hotel is located in a very bland office sort of area, looking at a lot of concrete, and is quite a far walk from the tourist area.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, understanding and went above and beyond for any requests I made. The breakfast was delicious (chia seed pudding a favourite) as well as surprise chocolate cake a few mornings! My room was incredible. Really appreciated the cleanliness, the air con and the facilities. nothing

Spacious room and very bright and clean. The sun can pass through the room. The breakfast is great and there are lots of common area in the hotel where you can work or relax. Nothing.

The suite itself is really good, there's anything we'd want for a night's stay. Teas and coffee in the room was a nice addition, and we especially loved the access to piscine (pool). Location was decent, not far from city center, the river with promenade and Polygone shopping mall - still, going to the center at night was a bit far for a walk, use a tram. Somewhat annoyed that they put 2 excellent and modern TVs in both rooms of our suite, but made a decision to disable YouTube and other tv-apps on them by not linking it to network. Why, why? Breakfast was good, a lot of fresh and tasty produce, juices and mineral water, cheeses, yoghurt, viennoiseries, but unfortunately only omelette and boiled eggs, no fried egg options even though we asked.

I paid a €100 cash security deposit during my stay, but it has not been returned to me yet. I kindly request the hotel to check this and refund the deposit as soon as possible.

The property was in a super clean condition the rooms was big and the bed was very comfortable. But the best of all was the personal Ihad an issue with my rental car that the battery went dead and the entire personeland specially the Guillaume did everything to fix my car and even went home to bring the jumper cables(THANK YOU VERY MUCH MY FRIEND). If anybody is visiting Montpellier go to Novotel and you will be not surprised N/A
