Basic room. Two queen beds, one small fridge, daily housekeeping. Friendly desk at night, too busy during the day, need more help at the desk. Loved the breakfast and the gym Saw mould in tub caulking. Website said breakfast included yet when checked in they said no. I had to “argue” but they found “ human error” was rectified

The location was sketchy! Walking towards St. Catherine St. we saw homeless people sleeping on the street and the buildings seemed dirty! Not many restaurants on same street as hotel

Location and breakfast were great. Clean grounds Room service wasn't the best Had a stained sheet and when I called to be replace it took too long. We stayed for 4 nights and only had our room cleaned twice Spected better service, but had a poor experience

The hotel is at the heart of the city. Our room was spacious and clean. The gym had a variety of equipment. The breakfast was good. The breakfast was pricey amid a limited selection.

The location is great! The bathroom does not lock and the blower is too noisy. The carpets are too old and wrinkling, there was not enough towels and cups in the room.
