The staff are well trained and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Gym well equipped and the hotel is in a great location The cleanliness of the canned water. Also the valet parking damaged the car.

We were surprised that the four seasons hotel is of such poor quality. The carpet in the room had what seems to be pet pee stains. In some areas parts of the carpet was carved out and replaced. The rooms was damp and the pillows smelled poor / musky

The location the decor and most comfortable beds and pillows ever Placement of toilet next to wall was a bit weird and the faucet at sink need to be fixed like the handles for hot and cold water etc..

The staff helped me ship items I couldn't take with me on the plane. The room and entire hotel was beautiful and very well kept. The online TV system for the hotel was not working, and we also had trouble with streaming from our phones and laptops.
