Good location . Staff in restaurant very friendly . Very busy and noisy with large groups . They seemed to get priority treatment. Had to wait quite a few hours for rooms to be ready .

The location was nice and central. The pool with city views was very nice and refreshing The room window was covered in condensation and the room had a strong musty smell. The a/c clearly could not keep up. The staff did not clean the room 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

I liked that the hotel was very close to the metro station. It was also very close to a grocery store and shops. The breakfast service was very good, lots of choices. The hotel is showing some wear and tear. We had an oddly set up refrigerator in our room. It was on a switch. Broken hooks in the room and our coffee maker didn't work. We did get a replacement coffee maker. I had to get a piece of scotch tape to put over the switch to prevent housekeeping from turning off the refrigerator. They do offer Netflix, but YOU have to stream it from your device via their app to the in room television. Quite a process to watch any streaming services. Our door was damaged. The door lock was a joke. The hallways were dirty and showed their age.

We like it that it was downtown core, although very busy and somewhat noisy at night. Parking lot was not favourable due to accessibility with being not too much height and very small… Very nice and updated. We love Hyatt’s beds every time we travel. Excellent mattress
