There was no breakfast. The location. The staff members we interacted with were personality-less. To check in early they were going to charge me $50.00... check in isn't until 4. They wouldn't hold our bags unless we paid them $50.00. So I asked about the parking available, which was first come first serve so I asked for it and was told I couldn't get the parking without checking in early. So we had to go park elsewhere, which was much less than $50.00! Staff was no help at all.... then!!! The $250.00 credit card charge for a deposit!! Ridiculous!! That was way more than a nights stay!!!! Just really ridiculous. Staff couldn't answer the easiest of questions... like where this venue we were going to in the evening was or how long it would take to get there ... just " I don't knows."

The room was comfortable and clean but I really like the shower fixture was super good. The staff send us to a parking lot that was pricey compared to others around.

Good value for money Basement rooms have airconditioner which you can't control from the room(rest floors have inroom one). You have to pay for luggage storage after checkout, majority of hotel i been in Europe - offer this for free. Room deposit i also unusual thing, but not a problem if you are not a rock star :)

Quick easy check in, cute room Bed and pillows were not comfortable, I requested pillows and they brought me new ones quickly! That was a great improvement. Staff is definitely responsive!

The location was awesome, close to the subway and busses. The room was clean with working AC and fans, there was also a mini fridge, TV and everything I needed for my stay. My room was perfect but didn't like that it was close to the lifts, so heard all the noises of people coming and going or talking in the hallway.
