The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was ok. AC was easy to adjust. The staff was very kind. The position is good but not very close to the metro. The fact that you need to pay for services that I consider should be included in a 4 star hotel (leave your baggages after check out). The price is high with no breakfast included. The bed is quite small.

The location is excellent. For the price, they should include at least breakfast. The air conditioner was making a loud sound and it was too cold or shutting off completely

Close to train station and Bell Centre Was quite pricey, but was a king bed plus sofa bed..no bathtub

We like the location. We can walk to most of the point of interests and restaurant. We booked the executive room for the lounge. The food that provides by the lounge is ok but limited and the hotel charges alcohol drink with high price in the lounge.
