Clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast, location. Noise - rooms are not very soundproof and noise disturbed my sleep the whole stay, even room doors let in a lot of light and sound. Cost very high, and $4 each for the washer and dryer per load unreasonable.

Location. Confy bed. Nice staff! Breakfast! Avoid breakfast and go elsewhere. You'll thank me later.

Friendly staff Clean rooms Great location Cost of stay - I understand the first weekend in August is busy but it is so expensive.

The staff were amazing and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff Wajeeh and Aymane, they assisted us and helped us a lot. They helped carry our luggage and gave us a late checkout. Especially Aymane was of great help, he carried our luggage himself and placed them in the car. The only thing that I was happy about was the cooperation and help of the staff, in specific the reception staff. On the other hand, the breakfast was of very low standards, not at the level of a 4 star hotel. There were not much choices, and they do not cook eggs to preference. They also don't have their own restaurants and so no in room dining, but there are restaurants just next to the hotel. The bathroom was not that good, and the wardrobe was too small you could barely fit anything in.

The staff were great, the location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would have rated your property higher but the elevators were too small and few in number to handle the demands of the property. In addition the breakfast room was a zoo - completely unable to handle the number of guests… no tables, running out of coffee etc. The second day, we didn’t even bother with breakfast but went out to eat which was disappointing.

The room was incredible! Very spacious, no complaints with the sofa bed, and the regular bed was great too. The highlight was the kitchen; a full-sized fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, and stocked with mugs, glasses, plates, and bowls. Highly recommend! The staff were extremely helpful and even stored our bikes free of charge. The breakfast was solid too. Very close to Peel metro station, McGill, and the underground mall. Later breakfast hours would have been nice (ended at 9:30 on weekdays, 10 on weekends), and some fresh pastries and espresso would have improved the selection. But this is a minor comment, we enjoyed what they did have. The location is a bit out of the way from old Montreal, if you want to be close to that. They have a deal with a nearby parking garage, but there isn't a lot of headroom, so double check your car fits (if not, they will help suggest alternatives).

good Location but they double charged my credit card and so while there I had to use other means to pay as the amount was pending on card. Breakfast was good but time to go to avoid overcrowding. Lifts are very slow at Busy times when you are on a higher level

Location was amazing. Short walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores. Close to Metro. Short drive to Old Montreal and port area. Staff was very helpful. Room was very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was adequate and convenient (there were also multiple restaurants close by that served breakfast). I would definitely come back for another stay. Parking was a challenge. The hotel had underground parking which was very tight and a little tricky to access. This was expected given the downtown location. Bathroom had only a sliding door which did not afford a lot of privacy. OK as a couple traveling together but would have been awkward if we had been traveling with kids. Elevators were quite small and would fill up during busy periods.
