The hotel is conveniently located to the activity we were going to attend in Montreal. (Alouettes football game at Percival Molson Stadium) Staff were very polite and courteous, even though i was given the wrong room initially. After showing I had upgraded my room via booking.com i was given the room I wanted. value for money, way over priced for the quality. No breakfast included. Outside of the hotel, there next to no parking when you arrive it unload, we ended up having to park in the back alley. Extra check in time it took because i was given the wrong room, despite having upgrading. Had to come back down with all our luggage.

Spacious clean rooms All good

Good location, comfortable bed and very kind staff. The level of cleanliness is simply not up to the standards you expect from a four star hotel. Overall the feeling of the hotel is that of a decent three star hotel

Centrally located with easy access to Metro and downtown Montreal. Nice cafe on site. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was very nice and clean with comfy rooms at a great location. Google advertised a pool at this location and that turned out to be incorrect.

It was close to everything. So we could park the car valet and not have to move it for the duration of our stay. The staff was super attentive and friendly It was a bit dated and the cost for one night was rather expensive for a hotel of that caliber

Worst booking experience — extremely disappointing This was one of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had. What should have been a simple family trip turned into a stressful and frustrating experience because of issues involving both the hotel and Booking.com. The hotel informed me at check-in that there were two reservations under my name, even though I had made only one booking. The second reservation was apparently associated with an incorrect/non-existent email address, and I had never received any confirmation or notification about it. I was completely unaware of this reservation until the hotel brought it up during check-in and told me I could be charged for it. I immediately contacted Booking.com for help, but instead of resolving the issue, I had to repeatedly explain the same situation and provide the booking details again and again. I spent hours dealing with customer support during my trip, with no timely resolution. Even after providing the requested information and documentation, I was left chasing Booking.com for a refund and answers. This completely spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip. The lack of communication, accountability and customer support from both the hotel and Booking.com was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel or this booking experience to anyone. Customers should not have to spend their vacation dealing with booking discrepancies, unexpected charges and repeated requests for information for an issue that was not caused by them.
