Location is excellent. Right in the middle of old town. We can walk out the door onto the street crowded of people. Staff was very helpful and public rooms are very comfortable. I stayed only one night the next time we stay longer.

the bed was confortable the shower was super nice , staff also very nice and the Old port is great. There was a fan outside our bedroom window and we couldnt keep it open because of the noise. There was stains on one of our pillow cases and the pillows were stinky and we asked for new clean pillows that didnt smell. We got told a certain amount will be charged to our credit card and then it was a different amount in the morning , then they charged 200$ more than what was said. Do not recommend. Pretend to be deluxe hotel but its not.

Cleanless and availability of coffee Price too high and wasn’t told the charge for valet till I was leaving. No park availability has to valet so it should be complimentary Pillow wasn’t good needed two instead of one

The hotel and room were absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect!!! The hotel restrooms in the public spaces were not clean. Trash overflowing and not serviced. I also did not like the fact that the hotel did not have a restaurant open at all times during the day.

The staff was great. Very polite and gave great restaurant suggestions without us even asking. The valet was also fantastic. Friendly and got our car within 5 minutes. Most expensive hotel we've ever stayed at (800+ for 1 night. The room was small and it wasn't a King bed. We had a view of the side of buildings and a small terrace. So for $800, we didn't even have a view of Montreal.
