Great amazing location in old/port Montreal right next to notre dame basilica. Could not beat the location as it is next to two blocks of restaurants and endless bookstores cafes cute novelty shops and locally owned shops. They advertised the room as 3 beds but the sofa couch was not even a mattress but a pad a very thin pad with springs. The housekeeping never came back to clean the room in the 4 days we were there. They would come early and if we said no to them entering then they would not circle back later in the day .

We stayed in the St Paul Queen Suite with our 5 year old - The Suite had a living room and hotel staff had set the pull out couch into a bed when we had arrived. Upon check in, they gave our daughter a stuffy that became her favorite thing about the entire trip! Amazing staff that was super helpful, especially with retrieving the car which we valet parked. The location can't be beat if you want to be in Old Montreal. The only ding I can give is that we accidentally dropped a glass and kind of had to hunt down someone to vacuum it up. Not a huge deal and we found a friendly person to help.

Location and small, personal feel A little dated overall. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it needs a design makeover.

Great location. Room was spacious. It was noisy at night. But it was a compromise for the location. Parking my 7-seater was also a challenge as the valet was not able to take the car.

Hotel entrance and warm welcome by staff on arrival. Beautiful spacious suite with exceptional facilities. Comfortable bed and linen. Plenty of wardrobe storage. Beautiful soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, relaxing bath with nice bath towels and robes. Concierge staff were friendly with a mass of local knowledge, we appreciated all help they gave us from bookings to showing us directions on maps. Nothing to dislike
