It was clean The terrible perfume smell in the corridors, the elevators where slow, breakfast wasn’t great. The pool is not big and looks a bit dirty

Great location, awesome restaurants and coffee nearby.. Very nice and modern hotel. Terrace and pool area were great. Loved the heated pool. After we had checked in the hotel gave out our room keys to another couple. Nothing happened from it but its a privacy/trust issue. I didn't like how the hotel handled the mixup at all. It wasn't easy to get pool towels...none at the pool and ours weren't replaced after room cleaning. For the cost of the hotel I expected better customer service.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The location is convenient if you're looking to explore old montreal and beyond as there are 2 metro that are within walking distance. I didn't realize that there was a lounge/bar that would play music that loudly so late into the night. I could hear it up in my room from around 7 pm to at least 11 pm. It was really such a bummer. The room was fairly clean; a little dusty and there were some areas of discoloration in the shower.

Staff was very nice. Hotel is in a good location. The Japanese bar, Hiba was great. Despite it snowing the day before I arrived, the room was hot. The hotel sent someone to take a look at the problem. It still remained at 23. Terrible nights sleep. The next morning they moved me to another room. The same situation. The temperature remained at 23. Good hotel ... bad air temperature control.
