The rooftop pool was amazing! The restaurant was really really good. Staff very friendly The elevators- had to often wait for the pool elevator

It was a great hotel, and we felt welcomed, including our dog. That said, your staff was above all the best part about the place, from checking in to valet.

The location and the view We where supposed to be in a suit but we got a king bed regular room, there was no suit available but I had received an offer to upgrade and was charged for it, I had asked for a plate of fruits , it was offered free of charge but never got it. my daughter was getting married the next day and we where really in need for a larger room to get her ready, we didn’t get it and had to manage with that little space for the air dresser, makeup artist, and the best girls all in this room , I would want a refund for at least the charged upgrade because the manager from the front the front desk said it wasn’t their error but booking. Friendly restaurant staff. They ran out of water for a whole day. Fire alarm got triggered a few times in the night, so had to run out. Not so attentive receptionists.

Access to old montreal only 5 mins walk service, amenities, roof top pool was amazing

Central to everything we wanted to see and do in Old Montreal. The rooftop pool was more like hot tub water, which I loved. The view was spectacular The fire alarm went off just past 11pm. Everything was fine but when most went downstairs, there was really no one at the door directing or updating. A gentleman we met during this said it happened to him last year at the same hotel.

Beautiful property, clean and updated. Restaurant on site has a superb breakfast buffet. Drinks on the rooftop pool deck was fantastic. Nothing

Great property, great location very nice staff. We wanted for nothing. The roof pool was pumping so much heated water that it felt like a hot tub instead of a pool, with being on a roof with no shade or parasols you would want the pool to at least be refreshing on a hot summer day. There was no reprieve from the heat up there at all.

The room was cozy, The bed was comfortable, the room had an amazing view of the water front and Farris wheel, it was very close to everything, the pool was very nice The rooms were very dim and didnt have enough lighting, our phone was broken and kept dropping calls to reception and at one point it wouldn’t stop beeping andwe had to unplug it and put it away, there were a lot of bugs(moths?) around the pool/rooftop deck at night

Location and amenities were very good. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The size of the room could be a little larger, we could hardly open our suit cases...

Great location, walking distance to everything. Wonderful room and bathroom. Amazing view from the roof top pool.

Lovely hotel, very clean, quiet, convenient. Great location for walking to Old Montreal. The restaurant is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Can’t complain.
