The shower was nice Poor staff communication , a bit weird , i paid with my credit card and they woke me Up in the morning because my transaction was pending ( i stayed Sunday overnight ) They kept asking me to use another card , i tried paying again and they told me that if i was billed double to dispute the transaction with my bank You can feel the apparemment vibes and there is absolutely nothing at your disposition for the price Side note : bring your own towel they have some the size of a facecloth

It had a great location. Close to old montreal streets and the port. The staff were fabulous especially Serena and Immanuel. They saw that we had a more accommodating room as we are seniors. They gave us good direction and advice. So friendly.. Well they are undergoing construction and don’t have an elevator yet. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room or lobby.

The door didn’t lock from inside and it’s a big safety concern. And there is no elevator in the building and I was assigned 3rd floor which I wasn’t happy about. There is no communication system with the concierge, for every concern I had to climb up and down to speak to the receptionist.

The rooms Insecurity

Extremely small room for the price with few amenities. And BEWARE the extra charges! I was shocked!

Central location We received the check-in notice after we arrived at the hotel. We were traveling from South America and were not able to get the information while on the plane.

Great location. Mère Grand café next door is lovely for breakfast and it’s in the heart of the old port. The bathroom was decent. Looking at the building outside, I thought I was mistaken because it looks like an abandoned bunker. The staff was kind but unprofessional, talking loudly on the phone on speaker with friends… the bed felt like it was going to give at any moment. Very dusty. I couldn’t open the window and the view was horrible, even though I booked a deluxe room. I won’t be back.

Location to old Montreal and metro Exterior is falling apart and interior is not well kept. No coffee station in room nor lobby … coffee shop across the way opened very late so not convenient

The location, staff and room were great! I would definitely go back.

Nothing, pulled up to the property with boards on the windows and a homeless man sleeping in the back. Did not bother going inside an they ended up keeping my cancellation fee which was more than the room itself Pulled up to the property with boards on the windows and a homeless man sleeping in the back. Loved the location and the room was everything I needed. In fact, it was much better than I expected. Nothing. The rooms were a little small, but the bathroom was large. I will absolutely stay here again.

It’s in the middle of old Montreal. A lot of food spots Parking. Parking was beyond horrible. Finding parking is a mess.

Location is great, within Old Montreal and a quick walk to all restaurants and museums

The location of the hotel was very convenient for accessing Old Montreal. An easy walk to the main attractions. The room was very basic, it did not have simple amenities like tissues and a glass. We were there for 3 days and the towels were not changed. The was only one hand towel in the room for the entire stay, even though I asked for a new towel 2 times. The real issues was the charge I got for staining a towel - $76.00 to replace the one hand towel that I accidentally got makeup on. I contacted the hotel several times to get the charges reversed and had no luck. The ironic thing was that 2 other members of our group were also charged for replacement towels - $230. 00 to replace 3 hand towels. I call this a scam!!!! I have read through the other reviews and noticed that other guests have reported being charged for towels, blankets and plugged toilets!!! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE AT BOOKING THIS HOTEL

The staff are super friendly, helpful and responsive. The building location is great, close to the old port, public transport, and in the middle of the old Montréal. The room is small and suitable for the small short stay i had Since it is an old building, there is no elevator, which is not a major issue since the building has 3 levels only. The biggest dislike is that you can literally hear everything from the rooms around you!

It’s in a good area, and close to places The room was so small, and had a poor smell. You can hear everyone in each room.

Location is perfect. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Room is too small.

Location is perfect, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place is very modern, quiet, clean and looked newly renovated. The room had a very good size and the view was nice, super clean, spotless, a small closet with hangers perfect and THE BED IS SO COMFY that you wanna sleep all day lol the address is perfect for the ones that love Old Montreal. Highly recommended.
