The hotel was centrally located near public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was next to the elevators so at times it was noisy.

Cleanliness of room (very dusty even after mentioning to staff), poor construction of room (wall paper not to edges, peeling), poor maintenance (screw on floor of bathroom, missing shower door replaced by curtain, hand held showerhead leaking at base)

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff upon arrival, thorough in explaining things like how breakfast worked, where it was, etc. The beds were comfy, the room was incredibly clean, and the decor was very chic. There is a non-dairy creamer option for the in-room coffee station, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch for guests! I can't wait to stay here the next time I'm in Montreal; I seriously cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff!

I like the proximity to a subway stop. I liked that even though it was near somewhat major roads, you couldn't really hear traffic. I liked that parking was avaialble, but however, it didn't work for me, but glad there was city parking available nearby I was told there was valet parking but wasn't told that there was a possibility they wouldn't have space for a car my size. Also, not really something I didn't like, but there was signs of wear and tear at the hotel, wallpaper peeling off, wall hooks that wasn't securely fascened. So, nothing that was bad, just kinda something that shows that there isn't super good maintenance on the building.
