It was nice and clean, located well close to the public transport stations, nice bakeries, restaurants etc.

The hotel is good and the staff is efficient and friendly. The price is resonable.

The staff is very nice. The room was clean. The walls are very thin. The water pressure was very low. There is no elevator. There was no “do not disturb” sign, and because of this the cleaning staff accidentally opened the door on us after knocking once. There was no air conditioning and although there was a fan it didn’t satisfy our needs.

Location mainly, but the staff wasn't there to hand the keys. All was done through a key safe. The rooms were noisy, the toilets and showers were impractical, and the mattresses were low quality

Hotel is simple but super cozy and very well located, all staff are extremely kind, and they have a simple but excellent breakfast

Location was far from the city centre but close to the metro. Be careful which exit you use, one has an elevator which is helpful with luggage, the other has escalators part way, but requires stairs the last bit up. Staff were friendly and nice The bed and pillows were awful, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor they were so hard! The hallway lights didn’t always trigger on at night so I had to use my phone flashlight. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs or leave it with concierge, but be warned, your bag will not be watched at all times and when concierge is closed you will need to call for someone to access your luggage. This was not a problem, but caused a bit of a scare when the door was locked, while causing stress for the times when it was unlocked and unattended with easy access. No kettle or coffee maker in the hotel room.

Location, staff were very helpful and great. Overall experience was amazing, but if I must be honest it would be very helpful to have a refrigerator, kettle or some more amenities in the guest rooms.

The staffs are super helpful and friendly the location is very good, just 5 minutes from the metro station and its a safe neighborhood with a nice restaurant and bakery around the corner aswell as cafe's and a big plus is they have a car parking facility. Only tiny minus point is rooms are not noise proof but we only experienced loud people for few mts during our stay, we still will come back here!
