The hotel charged the fees twice despite my notification to them now I received the confirmed transaction 2 payments have been collected by hotel against same stay ( duplicated )

Rooms are good and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very close to metro station. It has parking on-site Toilets are very small. You will not find enough room to comfortably open the toilet door. There is no tap in toilet to clean hands. You have to go across the room with dirty hands to wash it. Way to parking spot is way too narrow if you have a big car or SUV
-
No parking space for a car with a height of over 1.9 m at the hotel. But the staff was very helpful in trying to search for a parking space for us (unfortunately Paris doesnt welcome high vehicles). Also Breakfast selection could be a little better.

Location Rooms are little compact.

It’s hard to imagine that a four-star hotel’s bathroom wouldn’t have a cup for brushing your teeth; the room is only supplied with drinking glasses. When you call room service, they’ll tell you that room service is solely for ordering meals, and that you’ll need to ring reception again. When you ring reception, the staff will tell you how busy they are, rather than saying, ‘OK, I’ll arrange for a glass to be delivered in about 30 minutes or an hour or more.’ They might even say, ‘You’ve only booked a standard room,’ implying that ‘since you booked a standard room, you shouldn’t be making such a request’. When you felt offended and lodged a written complaint, and then went to the reception to speak to someone face-to-face, the hotel made excuses, claiming that as it was the weekend, there was no one available to deal with the matter. I stayed for three nights, and when Monday finally came, their manager replied. Although they did say ‘sorry’, the entire response was devoted to justifying every action the hotel had taken. I simply cannot imagine how, over something as simple as a cup, the hotel could be so dismissive and blow the issue out of proportion. There is a complete lack of management; I am truly disappointed in Novotel. The staff have absolutely no sense of service and are utterly arrogant towards guests. You will also find that, the day after you make a complaint, your room key card will be taken away. Of course, when you negotiate with the hotel, they will explain the rationale behind this action.

Near to supermarket Clean the restaurant is clean, and the breakfast was constantly being replenished. Breakfast is good The receptionist was very bad and had a poor attitude. There is a water dispenser on every floor, although the one on my floor was out of order every day

Through the booking Everything was perfect

The room was tight for 2 adults and 2 children on a family holiday. Really impressed we could get an interconnecting room. The sewerage smell and when told the staff initially it was brushed off. When we informed staff on check out they said oh you should have told us and we would have changed you. When we said we did say something she seemed to dismiss it and not apologise.

Great location Nothing
-
Good Breakfast Close to metro/bus stop TV Remote dirty
-
Unreasonable Unreasonably

Proximity to Metro and cleanliness Reception staff is unwelcoming and completely don’t understand basics of hospitality. Water dispenser provided in each floor which rarely works and even after complaints did not fixed for 3 days in a row. Not a tourist friendly hotel but more like a business stay hotel. Breakfast menu needs to god damn change on daily basis. Your hotel guests cannot eat the exact same menu everyday for breakfast. Be innovate and at least change 2 dishes daily while including more veg options.

would help if the housekeeping staff knew a bit of English to communicate/understand the ask.

The location is excellent and the staff were wonderful
-
Location was far from tourist spots but accessible by train or bus. Air-conditioning and cold water refilling stations were very much appreciated in the heatwave we experienced. Several small eateries and bars in the vicinity including inside the hotel. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Staff were helpful. Nothing to dislike about the hotel. Paris however, was hectic. People and cars everywhere and the train system was confusing to navigate. Due to the heatwave a lot of things closed early and tours were cancelled. Throughout our whole European trip, we found Paris the most difficult and the least English speaking of all the countries.
-
The staff was helpful and personal. The room was clean and the location was a short walk to the trains. Amazing hotel would stay again!
-
Very good hotel. Aircondition, internet, breakfast , staff and….. İS PERFECT The only drawback I can point out about this hotel is that, since slippers are not provided in the rooms, the carpet has become dirty and has lost its original color.

The front desk staff was exceptional. They ensured we had everything we needed as we had an infant with us. They also educated us on the transit system which was so appreciated. It was quick to get to the Eiffel Tower and to Disney. The rooms were well air conditioned as it was 40 degrees outside. They had water fill stations on every floor. Pillows could have been more comfortable and the fridge to be colder as we had breastmilk to refrigerate.
