While staying at the loft is always nice and the rooms are great, 303 had a strange smell, we bought a candle to mask it. Also New pillows would be nice, those were so flat.

King size bed smaller than standard size(smaller than expected) electrical problems entire stay, light flickering on & off. During our entire stay, no came to clean our room or offer clean linen / towels or was just cloths

Very low water pressure in sink. Bathroom has no door in shower area. No privacy except in the toilet. Lighting was poor. Room was clean . Breakfast is not included, you pay of anything you want.

In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer.

No breakfast unless you paid extra. Roomm was weird and not all that clean. Stains on carpet. Bed not made correctly.

Bed was comfortable. Good shower gel. The light in the room prevent you from turning on the light in the toilet without shining a light that goes into the sleeping area. Multiple treadmills and bikes out of order in the workout.

The hot water in the room took a very long time to get hot. The room had some damage to the walls, but overall it was clean.
