The swimming pool is a disaster area. Paint chipping off in large pieces and floating in the water. Bottom of swimming pool filthy and covered in dirt. The rooms need maintained and updated. Beds are uncomfortable and old. Free breakfast in the morning was disgusting. Don't even have chocolate milk for kids.

Stayed on third floor people above us on fourth floor were running and jumping sounded like they were going through the ceiling called front desk but it still continued till 11 pm

I received a text 3 hours early that my room was ready. I went one hour early and the room was gross, heat up to 80 (end of May stay) shower not cleaned, bathroom smelled of cig. Appeared sheets had been fluffed not changed and room in serious need of a deep clean. I asked for a different room the only difference was that the air was on and the bathroom didn’t smell. I asked for the sheets to be changed and I went a purchased cleaner for the shower and to wipe surfaces. I do t know how this hotel has good reviews it’s the worst Hilton ive ever stayed at cleanliness wise, the whole place needs deep clean. I had two stars instead of one bc The staff was kind.
