The bedding was stained, there was a lot of varied damage in the room (I’ve tried to be accountable for existing conditions at different places before) I called and left voicemails 3 times over time after check in for assistance (traveling with a child changes your tolerance level), never got a response But breakfast and checkout service (different person), were amazing If it was husband and I on a one night 5 star rating- anything else 4 star but mostly because the ac and mattress are heaven adjacent

The room smelled, towels, bed sheets were dirty. Beds were old and felt sunk in. The sink didn’t drains well. The Fridge made weird noise all night. Breakfast was ok.

It was safe. That was the most important thing for us. However the room was not clean. The toilet pot was stained dark brown and the front desk did not care to send someone to get it cleaned for the 3 nights that we were there. When we entered the room, the toilet flush was also totally broken. It felt as if they rented out a room that was under repairs given the tourist season. Also they are extremely stingy about the towels. Only 2 towels. You have to take the used towels to the front desk and only then they give you new towels. Breakfast is just ok. Artificial eggs used for scrambled eggs. No room service for the entire duration of stay. Not a hotel that I would recommend.

This place was filthy - Hypodermic needles, blood stains and spots on bathroom for and bed spreads - Both bed spreads.

My stay was great. Jessica is always awesome. She always does her best to accommodate our request. I was very pleased with my stay this weekend.

Room was mostly clean. Beds were comfy. There were a couple of issues. The entry door sticks,the faucet was extremely hard to turn on, the shower grout could have been cleaner,and there was no hair dryer in room. I was only in town overnight and it met my needs. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.

Y el olor era súper desagradable y sin jabón de manos tuve que comprar uno Hablé con la recepción aseguro que estaba súper limpio y todo estaba bien con actitud mala Si quieres hospedar por el precio te aconsejo que lleves tus propias cobijas y algo para el olor

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff was kind and helfulas well as a large lot for my fur baby to use

Thought when I booked my stay for the price I didn't think it was going to be the best but turned out to be very clean quite and staff very polite so after we checked out we decided to stay in the area one more night so I booked another night stay im looking forward to going back this evening and enjoying the very clean pool grab something to eat then just relax ty

Great value and good location

The air conditioning was really loud but the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was good. The pool was functioning. For the price, it seemed about right. You pay for what you get.

I had reservations for two nights but only stayed one. As far as getting my money back for the night I did not stay, Expedia has not refunded, also the $100. Deposit was not returned to me from the hotel or Expedia. The staff was rude to guests. Air conditioning worked fine. The room at first glance looked clean but had stained towels and ROACH INFESTED. I could not sleep because of it . I didn’t eat breakfast because of the roach infestation. Do not stay there! Most definitely the worst experience ever . My vacation was cut short because of the unsanitary environment. As far as photos, no one wants to see pictures of stained towels and dead roaches that I had smashed with my boat shoe.

Outdated room, breakfast was okay (cereal, eggs, sausage, bread/bagel, waffle maker) appearance was not as shown in images. Pool was cloudy.

Not clean , staff not very friendly, very deceptive description online. Very shady place

The rooms definitely need to be cleaned better. The sheets were stained and dirty, and the walls in the bathroom just needed to be scrubbed down. But it’s well worth the stay for the money. There isn’t a laundry room which made things harder but the location was amazing. Right next to shopping and not far from the beach.
