Need more improvement on the maintenance of the rooms, I had to ask to be relocated from a rooms because the odor of dirty y carpet and mold was so strong, the second room was ok but bathroom needs more maintenance

Only a small 30 inch tv way up cabinet, Desk all beat up. Beds were good.

the water in shower was cold and the beds were hard . The first room the curtains were broken .

The room was clean, items were missing (hair conditioner and something by the sink), no microwave and the property feels tired. The continental breakfast had no fruit offerings, only shelf stable items like waffles, toast and Jimmy John’s microwaveable sandwich (gross!)

Excellent room, cleaning facilities, staff very helpful and friendly.

The suite was spacious and close to the soccer fields for the tournament we were attending. It wasn't very clean and the sofabed could use replacing.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was helpful when I had issues with the door not locking and moved me into another room and the iron did not work and they quickly provided me with a new one.

Need to trained employees better went emergency present it self. Electricity was out and the front desk told us to come beck later because she could not checked us in.

Windows open and hvac great Maintenance mediocre. No sink stopper. Tub diverter sends most water into tub not shower. Breakfast bare bones. Elevator damaged flooring. Lots or marring/scuffs on public areas No microwave or fridge. One in party had room door not locking properly Cheap and it shows

Good hotel to stay at with family. Cribs are offered for free for infants/toddlers. Breakfast is simple but free, and coffee and tea is available for free all day at the lobby. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’d stay here again.
