Room was okay, dated, but clean and spacious enough for 2 and a toddler. The receptionist was somewhat impatient but did help us get a room that has a tub so we can wash the toddler more easily. The breakfast is dull - the dining room is tiny (4 tables) and the food variety is low. Luckily many reviews said that so we had a backup plan. The pool water seem a bit opaque so we didn't go in.

This place is practically on the freeway (noisy) and needs massive updates. We could only get very hot water, not cold, in the bathroom sink. The tub was permanently discolored. There was one single hanger in the room. We were able to get extra blankets, but had to go to the office to get them. The one saving grace was that it was directly across the street from the Mogan Hill Sports Complex where our son's tournament was.

We will not be booking here again. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The room we booked had two king-sized beds. When we walked in, it looked remodeled, but as we settled in, it was very cheaply fixed and not clean at all. The sheets on one of the beds had stains, the inside of the bathroom door had dirty hand marks, and the toilet, tub, and floors need a thorough deep clean. There is no way you should shower without sandals on. The sink also looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. Considering how much business they get and the prices they charge due to soccer tournaments and other events held across from them, they need to hire better cleaning services or improve their management.

While the room itself was clean, the bathroom was not. There were dark brown stains on the door, which I'm hoping is old paint. What was most frustrating was the incorrect communication about breakfast. I booked this hotel because they said they offered early breakfast. My kid had an early soccer tournament, so I confirmed multiple times that breakfast opened at 6:30. The person assured me breakfast would be ready, and the information paper also said 6:30. However, it was not put out until 7:00, so my child was not able to eat. The woman at the front desk did not seem to care that there was a discrepancy. I will not come back, and I have shared my experience with other soccer parents so they will do the same.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a line of sticky something from the door to the bathroom. Tried to tell the staff, no one answers phone. When I went to office three different times, there was a note saying they were gone helping a guest. The only thing we liked was the bed was soft and surrounding area was quiet. I’d pass on this one if I’m ever in Morgan Hill again.

They allowed some people to stay there and harrass me the whole time i was there All they did was constantly talking bad to me putting me down . Its wrong doing that to any one .

I really liked the bed and mirror It was very dirty it was just surface level clean but not deep cleaned well, there were stains on the bedding when we arrived and light fixture on bed was broken. It smelled heavy of Indian food and made us feel sick and the smell was very strong in our environment. Staff was also just watching everything we were doing at all times and always by our door so it was very uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel was right across the street from the sports complex for a soccer tournament. The parking was included in our hotel rate. We had a room with 2 king beds. The shower was bad. There was obvious water damage behind the mixing valve & tiles. The repair job was awful. The tub was dirty. There were scuff marks on the walls in the room. The breakfast wasn't that great. The pool was dirty and cold. There was no hot tub. The grass area looked neglected.

Clerk seemed to have attitude, not sure if it was due to language barrier. And then there was a guy waiting there for the clerk in the morning when we’re getting breakfast. Just seemed a little unprofessional on the management portion. Just expecting better hospitality.

Great overall service!

Everything was perfect! Hotel is very clean and cozy. It is renowned with very stylish design. Receptionist Jay provided exceptional service from check in / check out to breakfast serving! He was very polite and friendly. It was a great stay in SureStay, we definitely will cone back !
